Chinchalok is our home-made signature recipe used as a dip or seasoning to add flavour and depth during cooking. Piquant, spicy and mildly zingy, every spoonful of our signature chinchalok brims with naturally-developed umami flavour filled with squid chunks, crunchy marinated onion slivers, sesame seeds, laced with slight hints of ginger, coriander and torch ginger flower.
